Mold can also get to the floorboards under your home, causing them to rot and leaving you with weak spots and creaking beams. You will know it there when you walk on these spots, and you feel them give.

You will know that you have some mold growth in your roofs when you see blackened or wave-like dips on your roof. If you have signs like this, you will need to get a roofing company to come out to your home and put on a new roof. It might cost you because they might have to remove the whole roof down to the main beams. You might need to make sure that they pick up all of the nails that will be dropped onto the ground from this old roof and also the new ones that might get dropped also. They will then have to put new sheets of wood down on these beams and then the tar paper that they put down next and then the shingles. A professional roofing company will have it done in no time where it could take you forever.
