Smoking. What can it do? How bad can your health get? Smoking is a true evil and it slowly weakens the body and kills people. It take minutes of your live away every time you light one up, which causes you to live a shorter life and stops you from doing the things that you love to do. Smoking not only hurts you, but it hurts your family and friends as well and you can damage their lives too because they are around it. It harms your health, causes damage to your body, and causes you to age a lot faster than normal.

It causes damage to your skin, such as wrinkles on your face, bags and black circles around your eyes, and stains on your skin. The cigarettes have a lot of chemicals and toxins in them that get in your bodies when you smoke and inhale them into your lungs. Cigarettes have tar in them that gets in your lung and sticks to the walls of the lungs. The more you smoke the more tar will be in your lungs. Have you ever see what a lung looks like after it has been damaged? It is nasty. Just think that can happen to your lungs. A lot of times, colleges and schools will show kids what smoking can do to their skin and lings and exactly what they can look like when they have been damaged by smoking.

Smoking causes emphysema, all kinds of cancers to the body, heart disease, and it causes damages to the brain cells and blood vessels. It causes people to be exposed to second hand smoke, which can also cause damage to the body and cause deaths. When you smoke, it causes your clothes, house, and your breath to smell like an ashtray or a cigarette butt. It causes your teeth to change from white to yellow because it is staining it, and it will damage the top layer of your teeth.

It also stains the fingers where you hold your cigarette. Smoking can be really tough to quit because of the nicotine in them and your body thinks it needs it, but you will have so much more energy and feel better if you quit. The way to quit is to slowly quit. Lower the nicotine coming into your body so you will slowly cut yourself free from the need. This way, you will not have a rough time getting yourselves to quit. Smoking is not cool when it comes to your lives. Your lives are much more important than a cigarette is, so think before you start or before you light up your next one.
